The Top Workplaces recognition celebrates companies that “make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice.” It is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by employees at the participating workplaces.
More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate by Energage in the Top Workplaces USA survey which has surveyed more than 20 million employees during the past 15 years to recognize top organizations across the country.
