At Elkay, our philanthropy efforts have been driven for years by the ELKAYcares program, a powerful way for associates to ensure their donations make an impact.
Through the annual program, Elkay invited associates to donate what they could to a wide range of highly rated, high-performing charities that aligned with the company’s values and culture. The gifts were then magnified through a dollar-for-dollar match.
In 2021, the donation plus match resulted in over $161,000 in gifts to charities, including:

By adding together the total amount raised by the campaign over the prior 10 years through 2021, ELKAYcares was able to give more than $5 million to support the communities where associates work, live and play.
